Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer patient care during diagnostic and interventional heart catheterization procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients vitals and respond to changes or complications promptly.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system, Cerner.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to clinical policies, infection control, and safety standards.
  
  
• 
  Assist in preparing the cath lab and equipment setup for procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years cardiology or cath lab experience.
  
  
• 
  Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Previous experience with diagnostic and structural heart procedures is preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Comfortable working 10-hour shifts, including every fifth weekend on call.
