Compensation: $90K-$115K DOE

Location: Kent, WA


Our client is a dedicated physical therapy practice committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitative care. Specializing in outpatient orthopedics and occupational health, they focus on helping patients achieve meaningful functional recovery and safe return to work. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join their team. This role is central to the organization's mission, directly impacting patient outcomes through individualized, compassionate care and interdisciplinary collaboration.


Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations for orthopedic and work-related conditions
• Develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals, job demands, and evidence-based practice
• Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and patient education
• Progress patients appropriately toward improved function and safe return to activity and work
• Collaborate with providers, case managers, vocational counselors, and other stakeholders as appropriate
• Complete timely, accurate, and defensible documentation using HIPAA-compliant AI tools that improve efficiency and accuracy, allowing more time for patient care
• Supervise PTAs and support staff in accordance with Washington State standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehabilitation
• Interest in workers' compensation, occupational medicine, and return-to-work programming
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
