Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately handling orders and special requests with precision.
• Assist with food presentation, garnishing, and proper food handling to uphold safety standards and quality.
• Manage beverage service including wine knowledge, drink pairing suggestions, and responsible alcohol service.
• Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders and payments smoothly while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station; bus tables promptly; support overall event flow to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry, including culinary or banquet service roles.
• Strong guest services background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper serving techniques.
• Experience with beverage service, including wine knowledge and drink presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills for order calculations and payment processing are required.
