Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

Base pay: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr About the role We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at Apex ABA. The role involves providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Responsibilities Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods Support individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Experience Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans Qualifications RBT certification Driver’s license Data collection skills Completion of 40‑hour course Teamwork ability Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid sick time Flexible schedule Referral program Professional development assistance We encourage candidates with passion for behavioral health and experience with developmental disabilities to apply.
