• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting

• Educate clients on available products and explain policy benefits
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
• Build a strong referral network within the local community
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities
• Stay current on insurance products and industry trends

Qualifications :

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and highly driven
• Competitive mindset with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable prospecting and generating new business
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
