Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Apply creative, play‑based, and naturalistic techniques in therapy sessions. Guide children’s progress toward educational and social goals, preparing them for successful transitions. Document and track each child’s development meticulously. Embed and model the core values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment within a supportive team environment. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, run, crouch, squat, kneel, and move quickly between positions, and to maintain full range of motion of hands and arms. Ability to sit or kneel for extended periods. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred. Background check and drug test required upon hiring.
