Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - MidMichigan.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Proficient in orthopedics, vascular, neurology, urology, and gynecology.

Unit Details: - Surgical technologist role in the Operating Room. Demonstrates knowledge of surgical procedures and problem solving related to the procedure being performed. Verifies items on the physician preference card. Assures equipment, supplies, instruments, and disposables are assembled correctly and in working condition for the surgical procedure, including cleaning and sterilizing. Maintains and monitors the sterile field, recognizes breaks in technique, sets up the sterile field with instruments in a timely manner, and keeps accurate counts of medications, sharps, instruments, and sponges.

Shift & Scheduling: - Friday-Sunday blocked schedule. - No call. - Weekend Requirements: Every Weekend (Fri-Sun)

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
