Job Description:
We are expanding our unit sales department and are looking for professional hard-working people who have the horsepower to work with the best. If you are committed to winning, driven by continuous performance, and the need for more opportunities, you may be the individual we are looking for! This job has an aggressive pay plan, paid time off, flexible hours, health care plan, 401K, a state-of-the-art facility and a large inventory to sell from. We work with the best names in the industry and provide the most up to date training available. Experience in the sales of RV's, Auto's, or large ticket items, or banking & finance is preferred, however we will train with the right personality.

Qualifications:

1. Level of Education: High School/GED
2. Master at rapport building with Guests
3. Ability to read, speak and comprehend English instructions and information
4. The ability to work independently without direct supervision
5. Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
6. Have strong motivational skills and desire to excel
7. Must have professional appearance and demeanor conforming to our company guidelines
8. Be receptive to a background check
9. Working understanding of Windows based computer systems
10. Must be willing to work weekends and evenings, including some Sunday promotions. Understand most of our sales are generated after 3pm and on Weekends. Flexibility with schedule is a plus.
11. Willingness to perform and self-development to constantly improve Sales and closing skills

Is a family owned and operated, full-service RV dealership based in Plattsburgh, NY since 1983. Our business is focused on camping, primarily the sale and service of RV's. We operate out of three state of the art facilities that are employee and customer friendly. Our Tom Miller Rd is home to our Fixed Operations. Our Rt87s Exit 38 location is home to our Unique Unit Sales Indoor Showroom, Business office and our Convenience Accessory Store.
