About the Role:
Flava Wings in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate and driven Manager to lead our team and keep the good times — and great wings — rolling! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. If you love food, people, and building a winning team culture, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor cost controls
Monitor food quality, preparation, and presentation to uphold brand standards
Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
Drive sales performance and meet revenue and profitability goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining atmosphere
Requirements:
Food Manager's Certification required
2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment preferred
Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and local health codes
Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and overall P&L
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
