Associate Director, Affiliate Marketing

The Role We’re looking for a performance-driven Associate Director, Affiliate Marketing. to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner—driving affiliate strategy, execution, and innovation—while connecting the channel to broader Paid, Earned, and Owned media efforts. You’ll lead high-impact programs end-to-end, from partner development and campaign execution to cross-channel growth opportunities, all while delivering measurable business outcomes. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $100,000- $113,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
