Financial Reporting Manager
PennyMac Financial Services
Responsible for financial reporting projects, including filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), audited financial statements, regulatory reporting, debt compliance reporting, and internal reporting. Prepares and coordinates the preparation of periodic financial reports for SEC filingsincluding 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other required submissionsalong with the preparation and review of detailed supporting work papers. Prepares and reviews XBRL tagging in support of SEC filings. Prepares and oversees the preparation of debt compliance reporting, including analyzing debt agreements and generating the required reporting based on those agreements. Researches and prepares stock-based compensation expense and earnings per share (EPS) calculations. Coordinates the preparation of data and supporting documentation for audits and reviews conducted by external auditors.
