Hematology/Oncology Physician

A leading regional health system in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a nationally recognized Cancer Care Center. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary up to $675,000 plus performance-based incentives

$50,000 sign-on bonus

Relocation assistance up to $15,000

Friday half-day administrative time

Position Overview

The Hematology/Oncology physician will provide comprehensive care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care, supported by a team of experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology care

Diagnose and manage hematologic disorders and solid tumors

Develop individualized treatment plans in a multidisciplinary environment

Participate in shared call coverage

Provide occasional outreach at satellite clinic locations

Engage in tumor boards and case conferences

Contribute to program growth and development

Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents

Engage in clinical research opportunities

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship

Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan

Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Interest in teaching and/or research preferred
