Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced contact center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance—providing calm, efficient, and solution-focused support when it matters most. 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

What You’ll Do Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support Provide updates through outbound calls and follow-ups as needed Coordinate service by connecting customers with appropriate providers De-escalate concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively Accurately document call details in real time across multiple systems Meet or exceed key performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance, etc.) Escalate complex issues when necessary What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (preferred) Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently Strong typing and documentation skills while on live calls Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure Core Strengths Customer Focus: You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences Communication: Clear, confident, and empathetic in every interaction Problem Solving: Quick thinker who can assess situations and take action Adaptability: Comfortable in a structured, metric-driven environment Teamwork: Collaborative and supportive of team goals What We Offer Paid, structured training with ongoing coaching and development Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, PTO, and Holidays Supportive, team-oriented culture with recognition programs Clear path for career growth and internal advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Nation Safe Drivers
