Housekeeping Manager

Greek Peak Mountain Resort Mission Statement: “To Create Unforgettable Memories” Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Manager at Hope Lake Lodge and Indoor Waterpark! Hope Lake Lodge is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Space teams across our 151-room resort, indoor waterpark, public areas, and off-site rental units. This position plays a key role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards while leading and developing a high-performing housekeeping team. Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Space operations. Lead Room Supervisors and housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, performance feedback, and accountability Hire, train, onboard, schedule, and support department employees. Conduct room and property inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met. Coordinate with Front Desk, Guest Services, and Maintenance to manage room readiness, out-of-order rooms, guest requests, and turnover priorities. Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, guest amenities, inventory, and ordering. Monitor staffing, labor costs, productivity, and department expenses. Respond to guest housekeeping concerns and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and enforce resort safety, sanitation, OSHA, and housekeeping procedures. Provide housekeeping oversight for off-site rental units. Continuously identify opportunities to improve cleanliness, efficiency, and overall guest experience. Who We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, or comparable housekeeping management position. Experience leading a housekeeping team in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of room inspections and housekeeping quality standards. Experience with hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and supply ordering. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused resort environment. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
