Production Associate

The ideal candidate should have previous production experience, strong mechanical skills, and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and produce top quality products. Please review the position’s responsibilities and qualifications below to determine whether you are a good fit: Duties And Responsibilities Build top quality products based on detailed work instructions Work efficiently to complete assembly requirements in a timely manner Cross train in other areas as directed by Production Manager or delegate Independent self‑starter but also able to work in a team Properly complete all checklists and any other required documentation for unit builds Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales and Engineering for custom units Always maintain a clean and safe work area Continually look for ways to improve products, reduce waste, and improve quality Education And Experience High School diploma or equivalent 3 years production assembly or mechanical repair experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
