Shift: Day/Evening Rotating Shifts
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 × 8-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM–8:30 PM; rotating start times)
Pay Rate: $68–$70/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,720–$2,800/week

Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN to coordinate perioperative patient care and ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures. The RN will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team while maintaining patient safety and sterile technique throughout the perioperative process.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room Circulator experience

• Orthopedic surgery experience required

• Neurosurgery experience required

• Trauma surgery experience required

• Acute care hospital OR experience

• Ability to rotate shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM

• Willingness to participate in required call rotation

• Active California RN License

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Associate Degree in Nursing required

• BSN preferred

• BLS Certification

• ACLS Certification

• PALS Certification

• CNOR Certification preferred

• 162-bed Acute Care Hospital

• Comprehensive Surgical Services

• Level III NICU

• County-designated Trauma Center

• Minimum 1 night of call per week

• Minimum 1 weekend of call per schedule

• Additional call may be required based on department needs

Candidates should have experience with:

• Operating Room circulating

• Orthopedic procedures

• Neurosurgical procedures

• Trauma surgeries

• Sterile and aseptic technique

• Surgical patient positioning

• Intraoperative documentation

• Perioperative patient assessment

• Operating room equipment and instrumentation
