Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Ability to evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant school policies, procedures, and special education requirements
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine strengths and areas needing improvement
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions focused on student participation in school activities
• Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with district guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with other professionals to set goals
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and families to create adaptive classroom strategies
• Provide direct occupational therapy services individually and in groups
