We are under new management and are locally owned and vet operated. What You’ll Do
Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
Ensure high‑quality workmanship and code‑compliant installations
Work closely with installers and apprentices to maintain efficiency and safety
Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
3 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Reliable, motivated, and team‑oriented mindset
Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
