Mitigation Technician

We're looking for Mitigation Technicians who want real work, real responsibility, and a role that actually matters. You'll be part of the crew that responds first when disaster strikes. That means:

• Water extraction, drying, demolition, fire cleanup, and mold remediation
• Securing properties (board-ups, temporary protection)
• Using professional equipmentnot guesswork
• Working directly in homes and businesses with respect and urgency
• Leaving job sites cleaner, safer, and better than you found them

This work is physical. It's fast-paced. And it makes a difference.

Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

This is a career, not a dead-end job.

We don't need fancy rsums. We need solid people.

• Shows up on time and does what they say they'll do
• Can lift 75 lbs and handle physical work
• Comfortable working some nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn
• Takes pride in quality workbecause it has your name on it

Experience helps, but attitude matters more. We'll train the right person.
