What We Are Looking For We are seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help deliver exceptional service to our customers. Motivated individuals willing to work a retail schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, typically 40-55 hours per week. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with mattress loading. Deliver a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on sleep solutions. Use table‑top technology: tablets, mobile POS, bedMatch system. Team‑oriented attitude, high energy, enthusiasm. Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
