Associate Recruiter

Equity Staffing Group is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced staffing environment, building strong candidate relationships, and managing multiple openings throughout the full recruiting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recruiting experience , strong sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy workload while providing an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through offer and onboarding. Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting resources. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements. Conduct phone and video screens to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit. Present job opportunities and employment expectations clearly and accurately to candidates. Submit qualified candidates for open positions while maintaining established productivity and quality expectations. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Extend offers and assist candidates through pre-employment and onboarding requirements. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner closely with account managers and recruiting leadership to understand client requirements and hiring priorities. Follow up with candidates after interviews, offers, and placements to ensure a positive experience. Meet established recruiting goals related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements. Required Qualifications Must currently reside in Minnesota. 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required. Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously. Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience. Experience using an ATS and online recruiting/job board platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work with a sense of urgency. Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings. Preferred Qualifications Previous staffing agency experience. Experience with high-volume recruiting. Experience recruiting across light industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, professional, or skilled positions. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards. Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and develop relationships with passive candidates.
