As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment for all employees and patients.Day in the Life of a Buy and Bill Procurement LeadManage day-to-day program operations, responding to Buy & Bill needs in real time across assigned clinicsMaintain accurate and up-to-date program records, including training attendance logs, compliance documentation, spreadsheets, and supporting materials (e.g., REMS, ICS, DEA documentation)Reinforce Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategies (REMS) requirements with providers and support staff at each centerOrganize and facilitate weekly Buy & Bill meetings, ensuring alignment and communication across teamsReinforce Medgen Buy & Bill workflows through ongoing training, education, and support for providers and clinic staffTrack incidents and monitors data quality, partnering with Buy & Bill, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and other teams to identify issues and implement solutionsOperational ExecutionLead new clinics through B&B implementationManage the B&B program for all clinics live in assigned regionsIdentify and report process gaps to B&B ManagerCollaborate with operations routinely to problem solveRun weekly Buy & Bill meetings across regionsTrain providers and support staff on workflow, EMR processes, and complianceTravel onsite when needed to support day-to-day operationsSupports procurement operations for the Buy & Bill Program as appropriateSupports other responsibilities as needed by the Buy & Bill ManagerLocationThis position will mainly be a remote role with a 10% chance of travelEducation and Licensure Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical office preferredExperienced in medical office operations, EMR systems, and training providers and staffExperience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, and OutlookExcellent communication and organizational skillsOrganized, calm under pressure, and great at juggling competing prioritiesAble to troubleshoot and remain impartialA self-starter with strong executive presence and attention to detail.Position BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePTOVariety of 401K options including a match program with no vesture periodAnnual Continuing Education Allowance (in related field)Life InsuranceShort/Long Term DisabilityPaid maternity/paternity leaveMental Health DayCalm subscription for all employees #J-18808-Ljbffr Crossroads-Treatment-Centers
