About Our Shop
Join an established, well-respected, family-owned business right here in Waterboro! We pride ourselves on doing things the right way. We aren't a high-volume assembly line—we encourage our technicians to take the time to thoroughly assess the whole vehicle and provide sensible, honest solutions for our customers.
We handle everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics on light trucks, hybrids, and all major makes and models.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Great Work-Life Balance: Reliable Mon–Fri, 8–5 schedule—enjoy the weekends and evenings off with your family.
- Clean & Comfortable Shop: Fully air-conditioned work environment with well-maintained equipment and updated diagnostic tools.
- Supportive Culture: A professional, low-drama environment where thorough craftsmanship, safety, and continuous learning are valued.
- Steady Work: Consistent year-round workflow in a well-regarded local shop.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in general automobile and light truck repair.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic Tool Set for general mechanical repairs (specialized equipment provided).
- Quality-Driven Mindset: A positive attitude, strong diagnostic/problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Comfortable following standard shop processes, maintaining a clean workspace, and treating teammates and customers with respect.
