Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr The Firm Work-life balance: Flexible arrangement to design your office schedule or work fully remote. The Role Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including joint ventures and investment structures. Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related contracts. Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings for complex transactions. Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor New Jersey and federal regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. The Package Up to $200K base salary. Performance‑related bonus.
