About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial future of its employee-owned enterprise. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, driving long-term enterprise value, financial sustainability, and strategic growth. This executive leader will provide enterprise-wide financial leadership, guide capital allocation decisions, support mergers and acquisitions, and deliver the financial insight necessary for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and analytical skills, including financial analysis, planning, and forecasting, and will be adept at building and leading high-performing finance teams. Professional credentials for the CFO role at the company include a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise leadership and financial decision-making experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a high-growth environment and have experience with ESOP. The CFO must possess a CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent experience, with an MBA being strongly preferred. Core skills and capabilities required for the position include strategic foresight, learning agility, constructive challenge, enterprise accountability, executive communication, and the ability to make disciplined decisions in complex situations. The role demands a leader who can balance performance, value creation, and long-term sustainability, and who is adept at influencing across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
