Your Responsibilities Will Include Perform hands-on production and fabrication work Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, grind, sand, trim, drill, and finish materials Assemble and fabricate products according to work instructions and customer specifications Safely lift and move molds up to 30-50 lbs Operate production equipment and machinery after receiving proper training Measure materials and components to ensure accuracy Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Follow established production procedures and safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Learn different production processes through hands-on training and cross-training Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals Perform other production duties as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, production, construction, fabrication, automotive, woodworking, or similar hands-on experience is a plus Comfortable using or willing to learn how to use hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and production processes Build Skills.
