Production Associate | $13.50 - $14.50 an hour | 1st and 2nd Shift | Part Time

What Matters Most

• Monday - Wednesday  6am – 4pm or 7am – 5pm
• Tuesday – Thursday 4pm - 2am or 5pm - 3am
• Hands-on production environment

Job Description

Dependable Production Associates needed to join this manufacturing team in Greenfield. In this role, employees will either load parts onto a moving rack system for processing or remove finished parts from the rack system and perform quality inspections. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Load parts onto a moving rack system according to production requirements 
• Remove finished parts from racks after processing 
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper finish 
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift 
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards 
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed 
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $14.50 hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
