Most assignments will be at locations within Central San Diego. This position offers a guaranteed 40 hour workweek and is ideal for someone who provides excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.Compensation$25 per hourGuaranteed 40 hour workweekKey ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and visitors as the first point of contactAssist with patient registration and kiosk check inAnswer questions and provide directions throughout the facilitySupport front desk operations across different departmentsProcess payments and complete cash reconciliationRespond to patient needs and help resolve concernsBuild positive relationships with patients, staff, and medical teamsSchedule and LocationMust be available to work both Saturday and SundayTwo scheduled days off during the weekShifts may be scheduled between 5:45 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.Most assignments will be within Central San DiegoA primary work location will be assignedOccasional travel to other San Diego County locations may be requiredReliable transportation is requiredQualificationsPrevious receptionist, front desk, retail, hospitality, or customer service experienceStrong communication and problem solving skillsProfessional, welcoming, and patient focused approachAbility to work independently and adapt to different environmentsComfortable standing, greeting patients, and assisting with wayfindingDependable and flexible with scheduling and work locationTraining includes job shadowing, department orientation, workflow training, and rotations through different areas.
