Claims Intake Specialist

To ensure accurate communication and processing of claims, the full-time remote Claims Intake Specialist will manage incoming calls and emails, assist customers with the first notice of loss process, and input relevant information for new claims. Key responsibilities Answers incoming calls and emails, providing timely product and service information to insurance agents and customers Completes the first notice of loss process and inputs claims information received via various channels Delivers excellent customer service while performing related duties as assigned Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education Preferred experience in customer service, data entry, or an administrative role Proficient and accurate data entry and typing skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, task-driven environment Computer competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance-related software
