Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while supporting residents, guests, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the property, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and support compliance with property rules and community guidelines while maintaining a professional presence.
• Assist with routine inspections of gates, doors, lighting, and other exterior conditions, and communicate maintenance, hazard, and/or suspicious activity concerns through proper reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
