Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: At least 2 years of previous step down experience License: Iowa Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous step down experience - BLS certification - ACLS certification - NIHSS certification - Ability to float to ED - Driver's license - Work history/resume - Skills checklist completed within 1 year - License verification - Copy of required certifications - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Orientation schedule is available for review. Candidates will undergo a quick interview process. Additional documentation required upon submission includes work history and skills checklist.
