We are seeking an experienced Service Foreman in Wilmington Ohio to lead commercial roofing repair and maintenance work.
This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail. Pay rate is $28-35 DOE and this is a direct-hire!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect commercial roofs and diagnose leak sources
- Perform and oversee repairs on BUR, MB, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and shingle systems
- Complete inspection and preventative maintenance reports
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and safety requirements
- Supervise crews, track time, enforce safety, and support training
- Communicate with clients, other trades, and internal teams
- Maintain service vehicle cleanliness, inventory, and equipment
- Use field technology and service apps (Centerpoint Connect a plus)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years commercial roofing repair experience (foreman experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair methods
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- OSHA and man lift certification (required or preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license with possible company vehicle
