About the Role: As a Kitchen Manager at Alhambra Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working closely with our culinary team to plan and execute menus, manage food inventory, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality meals to our residents Manage food inventory, receiving, and storage Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Develop and implement menus that meet resident dietary needs and preferences Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless service to residents Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role Food Safety Certification (ServSafe) preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Excellent communication and leadership skills What We Offer: [ placeholder for benefits ] If you are a motivated and experienced kitchen professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
