This role requires consistency, urgency, and attention to detail to ensure the BOH team has the tools and environment needed to deliver great food and service.Dishwashers play a key part in keeping the restaurant on pace during busy shifts and supporting overall kitchen flow.Responsibilities + DutiesMaintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shiftWash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughlySanitize surfaces and work areas following safety and sanitation standardsRemove trash and recycling regularly to support BOH flowAssist with basic prep tasks as directed when time allowsEnsure all items are stored, stacked, and labeled properlyFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistentlyCommunicate with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support shift executionQualifications + SkillsAbility to work nights and weekendsStrong work ethic and attention to detailComfortable standing for extended periods of timeAble to lift up to 20 lbs. as neededReliable, professional, and team-oriented demeanorWillingness to learn and take directionPerks + BenefitsFlexible schedulingOngoing training and career growth opportunitiesDiscounted meals (50% off!)401(k) with company matchHealth benefits, including medical, dental, and vision - available to eligible full-time employees
