Ongoing Care Team Clinician

OCT Clinician
The OCT clinician is responsible for providing services to racially and culturally diverse students and the University community, by offering individual and group psychotherapy/counseling, diagnostic assessment, psychological and career testing, consultation, outreach, and crisis intervention. The OCT clinician is skilled in fostering the mental health, academic progress and career development of University students through a variety of psychotherapeutic and psycho-educational interventions.
EXAMPLES OF WORK: Provides client assessments. Coordinates client referrals as necessary and appropriate. Provides psychotherapy services to clients. Assists with administrative functions. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands: Standard office work
Preferences: Licensed as a practicing mental health provider for more than two years. Experience working with diverse populations is preferred. Affiliation with national and regional professional organizations. Licenses/Certifications: Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health provider in the State of Maryland
