Communications SpecialistThe Communications Specialist will support the execution of internal and external communications programs for Bosch Home Comfort Group Americas. Report to the Head of Communications, this role will develop, edit, and distribute content that informs, engages, and connects employees and key stakeholders while helping advance business priorities.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, and source contentMaintain editorial calendars and support communications planning activitiesWrite, edit, and format content for monthly newsletters, email announcements and updates.Own end-to-end production of digital employee newsletters and email communications, including content assembly, editing, layout, approval workflows, and distributionPublish and maintain content on internal communication channels and intranet platformsAssist with distribution list managementSupport communications for major business initiatives, events, and campaignsEnsure consistency with Bosch brand and communication standardsRequirements5+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, or related fieldBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related disciplineExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a superior attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with email marketing platforms (Mailjet, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholdersHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and working with executivesSelf-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving mindsetEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veteransYour well-being matters at Bosch!
