What You Will Do Provide leadership and direction to a Production team. Ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards (deliver the Master Production Schedule and related KPI’s). Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within a team. Effectively manage a team to increase line performance and development of individuals. Developing effective relationships within both the production and support departments to achieve organizational goals Ensure that all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Experience in an assembly or production environment ERP systems experience Experience setting and managing to KPIs Qualifications We Prefer Experience of developing training plans. Experience of developing team members through coaching and mentoring. Experience of developing assembly or logistic processes. Leadership of multi-functional teams. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
