Multi-Site Supervisor

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. We are currently seeking a Multi‑Site Supervisor to assist the Regional Property Manager with overseeing the operations of one or more locations. The Multi‑Site Supervisor ensures each location operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Create spreadsheets, letters, templates, presentations, and forms. Assist leadership with special projects, administrative tasks, and related work. Write meeting minutes, memos, and other correspondence. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials. Coordinate and produce status reports, project reports, and other information for special projects. Ensure that all designated sites have completed their daily, weekly, and monthly required tasks. Demonstrate good communication skills and help ensure positive communication with community, agencies, owners, staff, and residents. Advise Property Managers of any revisions regarding policy, established forms, reports, and manuals, including updates, changes and additions, and ensure that the most recent revisions of the same are being utilized. Other duties as assigned. Requirements At least six months of experience in office management/admin type role. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to build rapport and work well in a team setting. Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Track record of being detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to remain professional and courteous.
