Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits for production, and shipping finished products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working with warehouse systems and equipment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
• Unload trucks and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick parts and materials according to production and customer requirements.
• Assemble and prepare kits for manufacturing operations.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
• Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments for domestic and international customers.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are delivered on time.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
