Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) - Caledonia Clinic (Full-Time)

We are currently hiring one full‑time, fully licensed child and adolescent clinical psychologist for our Caledonia outpatient clinic. What Will You Do? Participate in the interviewing of persons served and assess them through mental status examinations, as well as review records obtained from other patient care staff. Select and complete appropriate therapeutic interventions based upon clinical knowledge and educational background (individual, group, family, experiential, and evidence‑based models). Collaborate with treatment team members regarding patients’ progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions. Ensure that medical record documentation protocols are complied with and that progress notes are entered in a timely manner according to organizational procedures. Coordinate services and community resources as needed, and assist persons served in obtaining them. Participate regularly in departmental and staff meetings. Serve on programs or organizational committees as required. Maintain all Michigan licensure requirements. Build knowledge of current trends and developments in treatment and counseling through professional literature, workshops, and publications. Fulfill continuing education requirements per Pine Rest policies. Participate in education and training programs for persons served, families, or community groups. Write behavior management plans for patients as part of consultation. Provide consultation to external professionals, hospitals, organizations, or agencies outside of Pine Rest. Engage in membership and involvement in local, state, and national professional organizations. What Does This Role Require? Current state license or degree from an APA‑accredited program. Fully licensed psychologist with one to two years of postgraduate clinical experience. Knowledge of PRCMHS policies and procedures for developing assessment and treatment plans. May be required to apply for membership in the Affiliate or Courtesy Affiliate Medical Staff.
