What You'll Do As a Shift Manager at Turnersville Popeyes, you’ll be the go-to leader during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and a fantastic experience for both our team and our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service. Managing daily operations, including food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness. Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Handling shift schedules and delegating tasks effectively. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during your shift. Leading by example to foster a positive and productive work environment. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a mix of leadership, organization, and a passion for great service. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
