Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry (Travel) in Saint Louis, MO. Start date 09/21/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,874-$1,887 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12. Unit: Cardiac Telemetry on a 28-bed unit supporting adult cardiac patients (including pre/post cardiac cath, PCI, TAVR, post-CTS) in an acute care hospital setting. EMR: EPIC.

Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry for Rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia management; respond per policy
- Administer and monitor cardiac medications and drips (no titration)
- Care for post-cath/PCI/TAVR and post-operative cardiac patients
- Chest tube monitoring and external pacemaker care as indicated
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, Rapid Response, Social Services, Interpreter services)
- Document in EPIC and maintain accurate, timely patient records

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license with eligibility rules as required; pending licenses accepted per policy; local candidates within 75 miles of the facility location are not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-timers accepted
- BCLS and NIHSS required; ACLS preferred and may be required for certain locations; confirm with account manager
- EPIC charting experience; telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation proficiency
- Ability to work nights on a 3x12 schedule; willing to float within scope/service line
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
- RTO: Maximum of 7 days; no RTO during the first week; final RTO approval at submission
