About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative  Graphic Designer / Video Producer with expertise in multimedia design and AI-assisted creative production. You will play a key role in developing compelling visual communications that support public outreach, digital engagement, executive communications, workforce initiatives, and strategic marketing campaigns.

As a member of the Digital Media team, you will transform complex information into visually engaging, accessible, and impactful content across print, digital, web, social media, video, and presentation platforms. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing polished publications, producing professional-quality video, animating data-driven stories, and leveraging emerging AI capabilities within Adobe Creative Cloud to accelerate creative workflows while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and produce visually compelling graphics, infographics, illustrations, diagrams, charts, presentations, publications, and digital assets that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Transform quantitative data and research findings into compelling dashboards, charts, and visual narratives that support executive decision-making and public communications.
• Collaborate with communications specialists and marketing professionals to develop cohesive visual campaigns across multiple communication channels.
• Ensure visual consistency across all print, digital, web, and multimedia products while maintaining established branding and editorial standards.
• Create accessible digital documents and multimedia products that comply with  Section 508 accessibility requirements and other applicable accessibility standards.
• Utilize  Adobe Creative Cloud AI capabilities , including Adobe Firefly and other generative AI features, to improve creative efficiency while maintaining professional quality and brand integrity.
• Prepare artwork and multimedia products for both digital distribution and commercial print production.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain organized project files, templates, creative assets, and brand resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, digital communications, or creative services.
• Advanced proficiency in  Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated proficiency using  Adobe Firefly and other AI-powered features within Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance creative development and production workflows.
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
• Experience producing professional-quality video and multimedia content from concept through final delivery.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, publication design, digital communications, video production, and animation.
• Top Secret Clearance required. If selected, employment will be subject to an FBI background investigation.
