Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and any notable events or concerns
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident activities and functions to promote engagement and socialization

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and efficiently
