Assistant to Real Estate Manager, Hourly Support 3 - Lakeland

Administrative Assistant

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support/assistance to Real Estate Manager (and occasionally, the Real Estate Specialist)

Create form letters and compile written communication

Respond to customer care inquiries

Submit and track legal requests and research legal documents

Prepare various maps and spreadsheets for new and proposed sites

Prepare leases and amendments for execution and distribution

Track competition

Maintain site information within Compass

Assist with preparing the annual review of territories

Track and follow up with Contingencies to completion

Make travel arrangements

Handle other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Accurate typing skills at 50-60 words per minute

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read and interpret legal documents

Ability to prioritize work as necessary

Ability to make sound decisions and work independently

Ability to work under deadlines and handle a high volume of work accurately

Ability to work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Word and Excel

Knowledge of Outlook and Access

Accurate filing skills

Professionalism and confidentiality is a must

Strong analytical skills

Detail oriented

Ability to work well with others and be an effective team player

Obvious enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work
