Job Title: Driver Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver Helper to assist our delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering products to customers. The Driver Helper ensures deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading merchandise or materials.
• Ride along delivery routes and help make timely deliveries.
• Carry, lift, and move products to customer locations.
• Verify delivery items against invoices or packing slips.
• Help maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the driver and customers.
• Perform other warehouse or delivery-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or moving experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
