Job Description:The Job/What You'll Do:We are seeking a highly self-sufficient and results-driven professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, Advisor Programs.Strategize and partner to develop, market, monitor, and measure the success of AssetMark’s Advisor Programs, which includes management, reporting, and execution of the program strategy. The Senior Manager will coordinate marketing, operations, reporting, practice management support, and technology to create a cohesive and impactful program. This role requires a strategic leader with the ability to integrate various internal functions and drive continuous improvement.This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:Serve as the internal program manager responsible for coordinating marketing, sales, and support services to resolve complex problems and develop go-to-market strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams and contacts to maximize the efficacy of the programsDesign and implement program reporting and monthly communication procedures, maintaining clear and showcasing successes and opportunities through clear KPIs and quarterly reportingReview, analyze, interpret, and maintain strong industry knowledge of advisor trends and training needsMonitor and evaluate operational efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement, recommending and implementing necessary changesManage and grow the assigned programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing benefitsManage relationships with vendors and partners to support Advisor Programs initiatives and effortsServe as a liaison between the Program and Business Consulting team on content and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and promotionLead marketing, communication, and promotion of the Programs internally and externallyOwn content creation, working with the Director of Business Consulting, Director of Advisor Marketing, and the Business Consultant, delivering the programs to advisors, managing requirements for the program from beginning to endProactively identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement best practicesConsult with Advisors as needed to move the programs forward.Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of simultaneously monitoring and completing various projectsDemonstrated experience working collaboratively to lead the integration of complex programs and utilizing best practices in management to ensure shared successOutstanding strategic thinking skills with a focus on results and impactSuperior oral and written communication skills; strong sense of emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization to create buy-in and a sense of teamworkSelf-motivated and self-directed with strong communication skillsEfficient with a strong work ethicAbility to define clear objectives for challenges, collect appropriate information, and develop action plans resulting in workable solutionsApply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsMust be able to deal with abstract and concrete variablesExcellent analytical abilities with good business judgment are essentialFlexibility and the ability to work as a member of a teamAbility to interact with all levels of managementStrong working knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Copywriting skills and general understanding of graphic design preferredMust be able to work hybrid (in office Tue/Wed/Thur) and attend up to 10 events per year.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degreeCompensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $105,000-$120,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
