Business Immigration Paralegal

National Law Firm is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join its fast-paced, high-volume Immigration Group in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong employment-based immigration experience to take ownership of complex matters and support sophisticated clients through every stage of the process. What You'll Do: Conduct case intake, assess eligibility, and help identify and resolve potential issues Analyze supporting documentation and prepare employment-based immigration filings Draft petitions, applications, and supporting letters, including H-1B and L-1 petitions Manage case lifecycles from initiation through filing and final disposition Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all filings Communicate case updates, issues, and timelines with attorneys and internal teams Take full ownership of assigned matters and maintain high standards of accuracy and organization What You Bring: 4+ years of experience in business immigration Strong hands-on experience with H-1B and L-1 visa petitions (required) Solid understanding of immigration law, terminology, and research practices Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr DNA Partners
