Position Overview Department: Physical Therapy Outpatient | Schedule: Day/Evening, 8 hour shift, Mon‑Fri | Facility: CMME Orthopedics | Location: Auburn, ME 04210 Bonus: Sign‑on Bonus up to $10,000! Eligibility and payout terms apply. Details discussed during the interview process. Position Highlights Hospital Based Outpatient setting. EMR integrated with all Central Maine Healthcare providers. Practice hours, Weekdays, 7 to 5:30. Individualized patient care. One‑on‑one sessions. No double booking, no dove tailing. Therapist driven schedule. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply. Mentorship, training, and growth opportunities available. Responsibilities Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Deliver patient‑centered care in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence‑based practices. Perform patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional improvement. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor/​Master/​Doctorate/​Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
