Registered Nurse (RN)- $9,000 Sign On Bonus Weekend Warrior

Overview Weekends are a great time to make a difference with Signature HealthCARE! Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts both Saturday and Sunday and be available for one other day during the week. Day and night shifts are available. Schedule and Compensation $5 shift differential + $9,000 sign‑on bonus. Pay range: up to USD $48.03 per hour. Responsibilities Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. Qualifications Possess an active RN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
